1. Go to website: http://www.kotongwatch.org

2. Click on 'Submit a Report' tab

3. Enter Report Title (required field) - what happened?

4. Enter Description (required field) - make this as detailed as possible. Include details of 'modus operandi', name, rank, PD of traffic enforcer (if available; Be assured that ALL SUBMITTED NAMES WILL NOT BE MADE PUBLIC). Include landmarks, corner streets to pinpoint location. (KW admin will help you refine location in the map if you have difficulty locating it.)

5. Choose a Category (you can choose 1 or more):
    * Kotong Incident - report an actual incident that you experienced or witnessed
    * Kotong Incident w/Perpetrator Info - same as Kotong Incident but with additional information on traffic enforcer (name, rank, PD, etc.) that can be used by authorities to investigate the matter and pursue prosecution. We urge you to get this information and include it. Simply put the additional information on the DESCRIPTION box. We assure you that ALL SUBMITTED NAMES WILL NOT BE MADE PUBLIC (It will be removed from the description by the KW admin BEFORE approving your report).
    * Kotong 'Racket' - report location of legal but abused checkpoint, such as for emission testing
    * Kotong stakeout point - report location of favorite stakeout point because of 'violation trap', such as hidden traffic sign or hard-to-follow traffic rule

6. Date and Time (default is current date and time): If reporting a kotong incident, click on 'Modify Date' and select date and approx. time of incident. If reporting 'kotong racket' or stakeout point, use current time.

7. Location: Use the search box and interactive map to find the location. If you cannot pinpoint the exact location, use approximate location, then enter additional details into the "Refine location" box, so KW admin can help pinpoint the exact location on the map.

8. Upload a photo or video (optional): This is powerful EVIDENCE, so provide them if you can!

9. Your details (optional): Tell us who you are and/or how to contact you via email. This information will be kept STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL and will not be viewable to the public. This information will not be shared with government authorities unless you directly give us permission to do so.

10. Click SUBMIT. You're done! Your report will be reviewed and approved by KW admin ASAP. It will marked on the KW map and viewable by the rest of the KW community.
