Compilation of information on filing complaints to government agencies

In this page, KW will compile crowdsourced information on channels for filing reports to government agencies. The ultimate purpose of KW is to serve as a bridge between citizen-reporters and government response teams. The ultimate goal is to complete the loop from reporting to resolution of each actionable complaint.

To add, correct, or refine information, please use the Contact Us form on the website or send an email to: kotongwatch@gmail.com. If you are a member of a related government agency, we need YOUR help. Provide us with official information on what will make a complaint actionable and the steps to follow. With your help, KW can serve as a one-stop clearinghouse for this valuable information.

  • Pasay City-- Office of the City Legal Affairs

Jurisdiction
: Pasay city (e.g., "deputized" traffic enforcers of Pasay Traffic & Parking Mgmnt Office, PTPMO)

How it works: "Please file your complaints at the Office of the City Legal Officer, Rm. 208 Pasay City Hall. Make sure you already have a sworn complaint-affidavit with supporting evidence (video recording is better) to support your complaint. It is in a nature of an administrative complaint considering that these traffic enforcers are employees of the local government of pasay."
