Description

There are mornings on JP Rizal ext, in front of Phase 2 Guadalupe BLISS, where the Makati ASBU set-up an emissions testing area for diesel vehicles. Here are the violations of the ASBU:

1. ASBU team do not wear their IDs, only their uniforms.
2. The team does not flag down all diesel vehicles. Jeepneys and some trucks are ignored, but private vehicles (especially expensive ones) and other trucks are flagged down.
3. The team forces vehicles to be over-revved at their maximum, instead of normal emissions testing process.
4. The team removes license plates for those who fail their (incorrect) testing methods, instead of issuing a ticket.
