I pass by this area everyday(morning & Afternoon) and i cant believe no one is reporting this to the Authorities. The rampant KOTONGAN there is usually the cause of heavy traffic in the area. Men in the MMDA and Police uniform are there but they are doing NOTHING!

There are 3 men who take turns in approaching the Jeepney drivers passing by and getting KOTONG from the drivers.

Please look into this.
