Description
Area precisely in front of PAF Museum, VAB in that vicinity between NAIA3 and Resorts World.
Vehicles driving from NAIA3 towards South Luzon Expressway are flogged down for swerving. But there are no clear lane signs or pavement markings as motorists unwittingly negotiate a leftward road bend and suddenly find themselves in a fork BETWEEN continuing-to-Sales-Rd- towards-South-Expressway OR making-a-u-turn back-westwards-along-Andrews-Ave.
Traffic marshals, assumedly from Pasay because of their green uniform, flog down the motorist and charge them for swerving for making that "last minute" choice at that fork.
This is a "juicy" kotong stake-out as victims are moneyed motorists either driving out from Resorts World or NAIA3.
Obviously, these marshals are not needed there as:
1. This is not a traffic bottleneck. Enforcing "lane discipline" here does not solve anything, because there is no problem here in the first place.
2. The presence of these marshals are more critically needed where there are undisciplined tricycle and PUJ drivers by that rotonda circle fronting the Villamor Health Center, just about half a kilometer west from this stake-out point. There is perennial massive traffic build up there but clearly no presence of these marshals at all.
