It is surprising that there was extreme traffic in the Skyway today, I mean, that's the point of using it right? to avoid traffic? found out the reason was that there's a new kotong point at Amorsolo exit, there are 2 men & 1 woman (Rowena B. Cabalog) officer. There is no reason to use the skyway if the traffic is the same as the highway because of this new kotong point.
